During the March Behavioral Health Collaborative (BHC) meeting, the process of convening an Executive Committee for the BHC was announced. One member of this Executive Committee is designated to be an individual that provides the perspective of the community at large, the Community Stakeholder Representative (CSR). The CSR will not be an employee of DuPage County government or a law enforcement officer, as there are already designated spaces for such representation on the Executive Committee.
During the month of June, a survey was created for persons interested in serving as the CSR for the next two years to declare their interest. The survey will remain open until June 30th at 11:59 pm. When the survey has closed, existing BHC Executive Committee members will select one of the individuals that has declared their interest to serve as CSR. Once selected, the CSR will serve for two years on the Executive Committee until June 30th, 2021.
