These trainings are to be attended by a representative(s) from each program where this person is also responsible for sharing this information with other End Users at their agency. Trainings are held bi-monthly, the 4th Friday of the month from 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm unless otherwise noted.
Training, registration, and certification is completed through the Learning Management System (LMS), which is required to access HMIS along with an annual training to maintain access. Additional trainings are available.
Requests for new users should be sent though the HMIS Help Desk. Please provide their full name, title, email, phone with extension, and which programs they will be entering data for. If you have a user we can copy their set-up, please include that as well.
The Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) provides the policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards that govern the DuPage County Continuum HMIS operations, and the roles and responsibilities for participating agency staff.
