The Illinois Interagency Task Force on Homelessness & Community Advisory Council on Homelessness will deliver a strategic plan to Governor Pritzker and the Illinois General Assembly by March 30, 2022. The Illinois Office to Prevent and End Homelessness and the Supportive Housing Providers Association (SHPA) are partnering with the local Continuum of Care and the community to gather input on what should be included in the State Plan. Please provide your feedback on how the State of Illinois can work across agencies and with communities to best serve people experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity.
You are invited to attend a regional meeting in-person or via streaming platform. There will be a cap on how many people can attend the session in-person.
Persons experiencing homelessness and/or housing instability are encouraged to attend and will receive a $25 gift card for participation. To ensure resident voices are heard, there will be three sessions for persons experiencing homelessness and housing instability only. People experiencing homelessness and housing instability are welcome to attend any session they choose.
