Impact DuPage is a group of community leaders and organizations working together to understand the needs and priorities of people who live and work in DuPage County. In order to learn more about the community’s needs, Impact DuPage conducts multiple different assessments every three years.
One of these assessments is a community survey that asks about community themes and strengths that are important to the individuals in DuPage County. Participation in this survey will help Impact DuPage improve the well-being of the community. The survey is open from October 1, 2021 – December 1, 2021 and takes an estimated 5 minutes to complete.
