Every three years the DuPage County Department of Community Services completes a community wide needs assessment for Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) funding. Below is the link to the online survey. The survey will be open to clients ONLY starting November 1, 2021, through February 28, 2022. Outreach to agencies for focus groups may begin early next year during the months of March/April 2022.
The final report will be shared with the community in July of 2022. We appreciate your involvement. Should you have any questions, please contact [email protected]. This is a client survey only; service providers and staff should not be filling this out. A Stakeholder/Service provider survey will be sent out in early January.
